Remove and re-add 365 account - Outlook Mac

  1. In Outlook, open preferences
  2. Select accounts
  3. Click on the account to select it, then press the minus button near the bottom
  4. Press delete to confirm the removal
  5. Once removed, press the plus and press new account
  6. 6. Sign in with your Office 365 credentials
