Understanding the quarantine report
The quarantine report gets sent when the system has quarantined spam email since the last report was sent.
The quarantine report sends out at 6:30 am and 1:00 pm Central time.
The heart of the report shows a listing of quarantined emails. On each email you have the option of releasing it, meaning you will get it delivered to you in just a few minutes after clicking the link. The whitelist link will save it in your personal whitelist. If the whitelist option is missing please let us know.
If an email needs to be whitelisted for the whole company email it into support@technosis.biz and we will set that up for you.
