Our Cyber Resilience Training is essential for all active email addresses within your organization that can send emails outside of your network. If any addresses are added or removed during the month, the changes will be reflected in the following month's training cycle through the automatic group membership sync from O365.

- Monthly Training: Once a month, we deliver a training email to your users' inboxes. The training usually consists of a short video, typically lasting 3 to 5 minutes, followed by a few questions to reinforce the key cybersecurity best practices discussed in the video.
- Access via Training Portal: In addition to receiving the training email, your users can access the training material conveniently through our training portal at https://technosis.bpidtr.com/dashboard . They can log in using an emailed link, making the process seamless and user-friendly.
- One-Month Completion Window: Users have one month from the training release date to complete the training course successfully. This flexible timeframe ensures that your staff can participate at their convenience without compromising productivity.
- Comprehensive Reporting: After the completion window, we provide a comprehensive report to your management team, detailing the participation rate and performance of your employees. This report allows you to monitor the effectiveness of the training and make informed decisions to further bolster your organization's cyber resilience.
